There are basically three options:
- SSR SRG the Swiss National network ( subscription)
- Kabelio – Swiss and various European channel (subscription)
- Swiss Free to Air Channels
SSR SRG
The main Italian, German and French -Swiss channels are encrypted, for citizens of Switzerland the card is made available via the Embassy or can be found online. There is an amount of red-tape to go through! The signal is ok all over the uk and I have a receiver proven to work well with the card.
With 2 lnbs the German channels can be added and with 3 lnbs the French-Swiss channels too.

Single lnb Technomate 65cm dish, for the Hotbird satellite which transmits Kabelio

If you want to combine any Swiss Package with channels from another satellite, eg English Freesat , French or German, you can choose a motorised dish or a multi satellite dish . Many of the receivers reviewed on the site will control a motor or multi satellite dish including the Amiko HD
Motorised 1m dish can receive any satellite from 30 degrees west to 42 east, in most places.

Hi M, if you’re a Swiss citizen you can apply for a SSR SRG card or perhaps a better way is the new Kabelio card which operates on Hotbird.
