Installation Work

All payments strictly CASH following installation. Cheques no longer accepted.


Direct Bank transfer only by prior agreement in advance of the date of installation . Payment must be completed on the day of installation. All rights to equipment remain with me, until paid for in full. Bank transfer payments must supply proof of transaction, for example a printout of banks transfer system showing the transaction completed.

Deposit Required

For any of the high value packages , or where items are not from our own stock , there may be a deposit required before installation and paid by bank transfer. The amount will be advised by email when ordering and is usually about 1/3 of the total

Please note we obviously cannot be responsible for changes introduced by the many European and Arabic broadcasters. If you are ordering to receive a particular channel you must check either with us by email or phone or on the LyngSat website that our info on that channel is still current

Cards & Scrambled channels

Obviously I have no control over any of the foreign broadcasters. If cards are purchased and the broadcaster subsequently changes the programmes shown , stops broadcasting any channel, stops broadcasting altogether or moves to a different satellite, or makes the card invalid for any reason ,all these things are beyond my control, card suppliers offer no refund or compensation. I accept NO LIABILITY for any changes to satellite or iptv transmissions as outlined on my website . If a new satellite position or iptv server is available  I will of course advise and estimate the cost for you. Prepaid cards with internal clock and iptv services have no legal warranty. In the event of an interruption of access to the service before the due date, either due to the disappearance of the signal or due to a fault attributable to the card, or server  we can not be held responsible.

All Sales are final once cards are activated and dispatched from our suppliers.

Cards sold here are strictly for use by individuals and must not be used for public houses or any public event. If it is suspected that the end user will be in such premises, then sales will be refused. I accept no liability for prosecutions brought against transgressors in this respect, use of the cards is outside my control.

Cards must be used in the correct satellite receiver – my card suppliers will not exchange cards , if cards are damaged by incorrect use.

All foreign Subscriptions:

All cards , integrated cards in receivers, dedicated receivers and subscription orders are NOT stock items, but are ordered per customer request as a special order. These are not refundable, so please be 100% sure before starting the order procedure.

Lead time all packages one & two are from stock usually next day installation depending on area. Typically installation takes 4 or 5 hours please allow at least this amount of time when making appointments.

We install anywhere in the Uk. The basic prices apply to a very wide area , but we are happy to quote for any other areas
Insurance for installation
our installers are fully qualified and insured with Public Liability Insurance to work on your premises



Special Order Goods:

Any goods not normally stocked and ordered especially for an installation cannot be cancelled and are not refundable. In certain cases goods may be returned ( only some non-subscription types ) – please ask for a RMA number to do this, DO NOT SEND BACK WITHOUT RMA number. There will be a restocking charge made by the supplier, most of our European based suppliers charge one-third of the goods cost + postage and insurance. So please be sure before ordering!

Travel Charge

All installation work undertaken outside the main area (shown in menu item in the footer ) will be charged extra for fuel/diesel and extra travelling time. Also any  Ultra Low Emission Zone charge such as Transport For London ULEZ and some other cities now charge. Please ask for a quote before ordering.

Under Guarantee Work

For travelling outside the main area, any calls made under guarantee will also carry the above travel charge  

Over 100 miles distance from Rotherham, South Yorkshire ,the guarantee will cover equipment as usual but only by return of post. In the case of receiver malfunction please telephone me and carry out our NORMAL EQUIPMENT CHECKS before sending back to base, receivers will be repaired/replaced under guarantee and returned by post. Telephone to obtain returns authorisation and address.

If the above checks indicate dish failure, call outs will carry the travel charge indicated above.

Repairs Out of Guarantee Period

A repair estimate will be emailed, usually with a deposit payable at the time of booking.  With repair work it is often difficult to give a final costing as there are too many unknowns, especially if the initial installation was not done by me. The repair estimate is based on the hours of travel and the cost of travel plus any identified part or component to be replaced.

Because of the high cost of travelling throughout the UK, the repair estimate figure will be due whether the repair is able to be completed or not. Please bear in mind this is specialist work ,  there are very few people with the experience of so many foreign satellite installations and very  few that will travel anywhere in England, Scotland or Wales to work. 

The estimate figure given will also be based on each of several installations /  repairs  over several days, being completed on the day booked and in most cases will involve booking cheap accommodation to continue work over several days. My accommodation costs are not refundable so please do not book my repair service if you do not agree with these terms or if you are unsure about being able to be present on the date specified . This is the only way I can offer such a service, which is unique in terms of coverage and has been a great success in the past.  The balance should be paid immediately on completion of the work, I cannot offer credit services.

Repairs: Should new information become available which was not available when I did the repairs – or , should a repair diagnosis prove to be incorrect Please contact me by email with full details and I’ll try to put the error right. Travel charges may apply , see above.  Installations -again please detail by email the exact problem and if its possible i’ll try to put it right, if it is due to a broadcaster changing satellite / parameters or encryption there may be new charges which I will detail for you.
