If you have problems with your IPTV, if you have time, please copy n paste the Spanish form or Portuguese Form into your email and add your specific problem eg. “pic breaking up” / blank screen / frozen……..etc
If I pass on the report in this format , the engineer at the server end has a much better chance of solving the problem quickly.
